This combo is great for promoting glowing skin, do it for a few weeks and drink loads of water, you’ll notice the difference. You’ll have that magical glow! Remember, what you ingest directly effects our skins appearance and feeling.

On top of your juice, if you really want glowing skin – 1 litre of water for every 22kg of body weight for hydration.

 

Ingredients:

Handful of berries, 2 x cucumber, 2 x celery stalks, mint, chilli
