Salad Dressings

As humans we naturally respond to salt, sugar and fat! Which is why we’re so attracted to the worst food for us.

I’ve put together some combinations that you can use to really enhance the ingredients in your meals so that satisfy everyones tastebuds!

The three we’re looking at today is a Pomegranate Dressing, Chilli and Ginger Asian style dressing and a maple mustard dressing.

Pomegranate Dressing
3tbsp pomegranate juice
2tbsp red wine vinegar
1tbsp honey
1/4 cup of olive oil or grapeseed oil
Lemon or Orange rind finely grated
S+P

Chilli and Ginger Asian style dressing
1tbsp Ginger
1/2 red chili finely chopped
2 tbsp sesame oil (cold pressed)
2tbsp lemon juice
1tsp Tamari
1tsp honey
S+P

Maple Mustard Dressing
2tbsp olive oil
1tsp Apple Cider Vinegar

1tsp Maple Syrup
1tsp Dijon Mustard
S+P
